Probably a 20 year-old deck, several deck blocks had either crumbled to nothing or sunk into the ground. Re-instated all (some new) dek-blocks and the 4x4 post supports, added some joists since we were moving to 5/4" cedar instead of 2x6 pt; and added the lattice skirt so the dog doesn't get stuck underneath the deck!
Complete Kitchen reno (custom made)
Some re-design of the layout to make better use of the client's activities in the kitchen, as well as opening things up. Complete with tile backsplash, new cabinets to the ceiling, and pantries in the other corners of the kitchen to make best use of the space. This can happen with a custom-built kitchen!
